Last seen when we dropped him off to board at Parkland Kennels (615 Pitts Road, Richmond, Texas) at 12:15 pm on 1/2/2020. The Kennel advised by 1:00 p.m. (45 minutes later) they didn't know where he was. Cheddar is a 9 year old Sheltie who is very small - 6 lbs - he is tri-color (white, black, gray). He is very timid and shy; does not bark or bite. He is our family pet and my children's first pet. Parkland Kennel can also be reached at 281-610-1074
