2 women 1 Hispanic with glasses and one white on 10/10/18 between 10:30-11am were seen by the mail carrier calling our baby over to their Navy blue Nissan Versa hatchback. When the dog wouldn’t go to them the white woman got out and grabbed him and they took off. This happened across the st from Dominoes plaza on Barnum ave in Stratford, CT. He obviously was not a lost dog or abandoned! He was showered/trimmed the night before. By now he must have long curly hair. No questions asked if returned.
