Tobi was stolen by Young county Police. They took her out of my arms and to the humane society. Before I could get her back they sold her and refuse to tell me where she is. Tobi has been with me for 4 years. She's not just a dog. She's my entire life. I love her and I miss her. She is probably scared and wondering where I am. Please help me get her back.
