He pushed through the kennel while in the parking lot of Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter. He was being taken there for an 8:30 am Sunday Feb 25th neutering appt. He is an indoor cat and is probably a little scared. He is a large male tabby with a white throat and feet. He is very vocal and can be pretty loud. Any information would be appreciated.
