Lost and Found Pet Reporting and Alerting Register

Went missing Thursday evening around 7 pm. We were sitting outside visiting with friends, she was wondering around near me, she is not a runner so I wasn't worried about her leaving. Other friends came by and when they left around 7 I was looking for her so she didn't get hit by their vehicle and she was no where to be found. We looked up until 10 that night but didn't find her nor did we find any evidence she had been hit.
