Lost and Found Pet Reporting and Alerting Register

Porridge went missing on Jan 12. He is a gray and white tabby and wears a blue collar with a blue tag with his name and our phone numbers. It is a safety collar, so it's possible it has come off by now. He also has a chip. He is mostly indoor and goes out just on the weekends and the days we WFH. He always stays close by, will check in once or twice during the day and always be back by dinner time. On Jan 12, nobody saw him after 7:30am. He is friendly, but afraid of bully cats and dogs.
