Lost and Found Pet Reporting and Alerting Register

My neighbor said he saw a white man in his 40s grab our dog over our fence in Eagle Rock, cuddle him, and walk away with him. The cross streets where Sparky was last seen was Wildwood and Oak Grove Dr. Sparky is the kindest dog. Doesn't bark and doesn't bite. He has big ears, smaller back legs than his front legs, and moles on his belly. His fur is brown, but also grayish on his body. He's 8 years old, nuetured, and yes, he's chipped! He had on a thick blue and red collar. PLEASE HELP FIND HIM!
