I believe she is a female. She has been paired with our other ringneck for 4 years and since she flew away he has been devastated, as have I. Please if you have any information contact me. She is green with pinkish tones and has a black ring around her neck and across her eyes. She says "Victor" "hello" "yeah right, whatever" and responds to kissy noises and clicking sounds.
