Lost and Found Pet Reporting and Alerting Register

She only has one tweet that is high pitch. She is about 1 year old. Her other cockatiel friend is missing her and our whole family. She is super sweet but can spook easily and fly off. She escaped when we were taking her from inside to the new outdoor aviary we got for some fun in the sun. She spooked from the neighbor dog and flew off. She stayed on neighbors roof for hours and then flew opposite direction and wind took her way up in the sky.
