Lost and Found Pet Reporting and Alerting Register

Someone stole my neighbors kids' puppy! I'm helping them write a post because they don't speak English that well. Luckily, I had pictures. Her name is Jojo. She's about 4 months. Terrier Mix. She ran out of the house at night. They went to look for her but couldn't find her. I heard yelping around 10pm. I went outside but didn't see ad anything. We've been calling shelters and posting flyers. Her daughter is soooooo heartbroken. She got Jojo as a gift for doing excellent in school.
